Over the past few years, you might have noticed that Human Resources has now become People and Culture, a shift that reflects a change from treating people as resources to valuing them as people.
Running in tandem with this change, we’ve gained a greater understanding of what makes us successful. We used to think that it was predominantly book smarts.
